Inspire believes in developing the whole student/athlete! We love to visit college campuses when we travel so our student/athletes can be Inspired to work hard to achieve the next level. When goals become visual, the path becomes more determined! Pictured visits to Rollins College in Orlando, FL., Gonzaga in Spokane, WA. and Colorado School of Mines in Colorado Springs, CO. We have also visited Stanford University in San Francisco, CA.
Inspire has a Unique claim in that ALL of its coaches have attended a Gold Medal Squared Clinic (GMS). "Gold Medal Squared is the collaborative effort of some of our countries most successful and experience coaches. Dr. Carl McGown, Dr. Marv Dunphy, Dr. Doug Beal, Jim McLaughlin, Chris McGown and the rest of our staff bring over 300 years of combined coaching experience. Our staff has been to the top of the game at every level: High School, Club, Collegiate, Professional Foreign Leagues, and International competition." (from GMS website) ALL of Inspires athletes will use the same technique keys and GMS principles. We believe in the GMS process and love what we have already done for our spring session athletes. It is new, it is relevant, and it is based on scientific research and LOADS of data. We are so excited to transform Alaska Volleyball!
Educate the Player. Inspire the Athlete. Empower the Person.
We are a character based club who believes that sports teach us about life! We expect our athletes to come ready to learn, be good teammates, give their best effort, and be the person that Inspires others!
